General Terms and Conditions of Sale at the www.piancover.pl Online Store
1. These terms and conditions govern the operation of the piancover.pl online store and purchase and sale agreements concluded through it, as well as via email and telephone.

4. All products available in the store are brand new and come with a manufacturer's warranty.
5. Purchases made at the www.piancover.pl online store constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
ORDERING PROCEDURE:
1. Orders can be placed:
- by adding a product to your cart and then clicking the "Place an order" tab
- by phone at 537 969 901 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- by email: kontakt@piancover.pl (24 hours a day, year-round)
2. The basic requirement for fulfilling your purchase is the correct completion of your contact information, including a valid, authentic delivery address, email address, and phone number where you can confirm your order.
3. Depending on the type of product, the following payment methods are available:
a) bank transfer
b) cash – upon delivery
A deposit of 30% of the order value is required for each payment. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. If circumstances arise that completely or temporarily prevent the order from being fulfilled, SM Meble 24 reserves the right to suspend the order and will immediately notify the Ordering Party.
5. Orders with incorrectly completed contact details (fictitious ordering details, email, or no phone number) will not be processed.
6. SM Meble 24 reserves the right to suspend questionable orders, in particular for the reasons listed in point 5.
II. ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
1. The order processing time is the time from the date the order is accepted for processing to the date of production completion.
2. The date of order acceptance is the date of payment confirmation in the Piancover Store's bank account.
3. The order processing time is 4 weeks. If the processing time proves longer than expected, the Store will contact the Buyer to inform them of the new deadline. - in particularly justified cases, SM Meble 24 reserves the right to individually determine the delivery date, about which the buyer will be informed before making the purchase.
III. COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES ELECTRONICALLY:
1. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000, "On the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by Dangerous Products," the customer may return goods purchased from us without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. We guarantee a full refund of the amount paid for the products to the customer's account from which the prepayment was made. Shipping and return costs are non-refundable. Only goods that show no signs of use, have not been damaged in any way, and are in their original packaging are eligible for returns. Returns are accepted only upon presentation of the purchase confirmation or invoice.
2. The right referred to above also applies to a natural person – an Entrepreneur with Consumer rights – who enters into a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of the contract indicates that the contract is not of a professional nature for that person, arising in particular from the subject of their business activity, as disclosed under the provisions of the Central Registration and Information on Business.
3. The provisions regarding complaints applicable to consumers also apply to individuals conducting business activity who enter into a contract directly related to their business activity, if the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them.
4. Complaints can be submitted by email to kontakt@piancover.pl, by phone at 537 969 901 (Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), or by post to the company's address.
5. Complaints are reviewed within 30 days of receipt.
6. SM Meble 24 is liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur in this respect, acting as a Consumer, under the terms specified in the provisions of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2337).
IV. FINAL PROVISIONS:
1. The Store makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photos of the goods displayed in the Store are accurate, and that the offer is updated on an ongoing basis.
2. We reserve the right to add and remove products from the Store's offer, change the prices of goods, and change these Terms and Conditions.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of July 27, 2002, on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176), and the Act of March 2, 2000, on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for dangerous products (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended) shall apply.
4. The Store's offer does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, and therefore, placing an order by the Customer does not imply the immediate conclusion of a contract. By completing the Order form, the Customer is making an offer to purchase specific goods.
5. The competent court for resolving disputes arising from this contract is the court having jurisdiction over the defendant's registered office or the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of SM Meble 24.
6. The prices of goods available in the online store www.piancover.pl are listed in Polish zloty.
7. SM Meble 24 issues a receipt or a VAT-free invoice for purchased goods. To receive an invoice, please correctly complete your company details, including your Tax Identification Number (NIP).
VI. PROTECTION OF CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE
1. The content contained on the website www.piancover.pl, in particular photographs and descriptions, is protected by the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 90, item 631, as amended).
2. Any copyright infringement, particularly the unauthorized copying, alteration, or distribution of copyrighted photographs and descriptions, will be immediately reported to the law firm, with the aim of pursuing claims under Article 79 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights.
