Returns Policy – Online Store (Piano Covers)
1. Right of Withdrawal
A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without providing a reason.
2. Terms of Return for Piano Covers
The returned product must be unused, free from dirt and damage, and packaged in a manner that protects it during transport.
3. Products Excluded from the Right of Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made covers, made to the dimensions provided by the Customer, or personalized covers.
4. Return Costs
The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer. Cash on Delivery shipments are not accepted.
5. Refund
The payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
6. International Returns
The customer is responsible for international shipping costs and any customs and tax fees.
7. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted via email, providing the order number and a description of the defect.
