under tax and accounting regulations – the legal basis for processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of Regulation 2016/679.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract, and in the case of data provided optionally – until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than for the duration of the contract.
4. The scope of data processed includes: first name and last name, address, date of birth, Tax Identification Number (NIP), email address, and telephone number.
5. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- request the Controller to grant you access to your personal data,
- request the Controller to rectify your personal data,
- request the Controller to delete your personal data,
- request the Controller to restrict the processing of your personal data,
- object to the processing of your personal data,
- transfer your personal data,
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
